This is a quick and visually appealing dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients:
· Canned Fruit
· 4 C water
· ¼ C Raisins
· Frozen Grapes
· Jell-O (any flavor/brand)
· Gala Apples (thin slices)
· Lemons
· Sprig of fresh mint
Directions:
· Boil 4 cups of water with Jell-O and raisins.
· Let dissolve and cool
· Slice up the apple and place into a bowl with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
· Pour about 2-3 spoonful’s of Jell-O into each cup, so that it just barely covers fruit.
· Then add raisins and frozen grapes.
· Allow the Jell-O to cool for a few minutes so that the glass doesn't break.
· Once cooled, add it to the glass then add the apples and mint. Allow to cool in the fridge until it is time to serve.
Notes: Adding non-frozen grapes would be best. The frozen grapes tasted a little watery.
