This is a recipe that my mom threw together one day without any sort idea of what it would taste like and it is absolutely amazing! It's so juicy and flavorful. I eat the patties by themselves.
Ingredients
Ground Chicken
Cozumel (wing it)
Green Onions (finely chopped)
Cilantro (finely chopped)
Directions
1. Preparing the meat: add chicken bouillon the night before into the ground chicken and let sit all night.
2. Add finely chopped green onion and finely chopped cilantro into the chicken.
3. Mix ingredients together and form the patties.
4. Cooking the Burger: Heat skillet with coconut oil or vegetable oil on medium heat. Place a small piece of the chicken on the pan. Don’t put patties on the skillet until a small piece of chicken is sizzling. Place patty on pan, let cook a little until browned. Flatten it, flip it, brown the other side. Keep flipping until both sides are cooked through.
Note
Since you are using chicken bouillon, no salt is needed. You don't want to make the burgers to salty.
