Ingredients
1 Green bell pepper, sliced
1 Onion
Tomatoes
Ham
Queso de Panela, Crumbled
5 Eggs
Directions
1. Heat and butter a skillet. Cut up the bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and ham while the skillet is heating up.
2. Toss in the onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Once they are a little tender, toss in the bell peppers and tomatoes.
3. Once the veggies are all tender, toss in the ham and cheese.
4. Add the eggs and scramble on the pan with the veggies, ham and cheese. Serve.
