If you ever feel too lazy to grind and brew the espresso and steam the milk, or if you just want need some quick and tasty coffee, then this is the recipe for you.
Ingredients
Soft-top Coffee
1 C Heavy Whipping Cream Hot water or milk
1/2 Package Abuelita Instant Hot Chocolate mix 1 Package Abuelita Instant Hot
Chocolate mix
2 Pumps Torani Vanilla Syrup 1 Spoonful Nescafe De la Olla
Flavor
1 tsp Sugar with Vanilla Bean
Instructions
The Coffee Portion
Boil the water or milk
Mix in the Nescafe and Abuelita cocoa together
Soft-top Portion
In a mixing bowl add in all the ingredients. Make sure that the whipping cream is cold.
Mix all of the ingredients together using a hand mixer, until the consistency is almost that of whipped cream.
Once you've reached that consistency, add as much or as little to the top of the coffee as you want.
There you have it. An instant Mexi-mocha.
