Ingredients
1 delicate squash
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
1/4 tsp Lavender Honey (can omit, this is simply for a hint of lavender)
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Saigon Cinnamon
Salt to taste (I added a very small pinch)
A pinch of Nutmeg
Directions
1. Wash the delicate squash, especially if you got it from a pumpkin patch.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
4. Cut the squash in half, lengthwise, and take out the seeds. Then cut into 3/4 thick slices.
5. Arrange the squash in a baking dish and coat with syrup.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
7. Serve warm.
