A curtido is pickled cabbage. It's typically made with cabbage, onions, oregano, and lime juice.
Ingredients
5 Radishes, in rounds
3 Limes (or lemons)
1 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 Green Cabbage (can use purple), sliced thinly
1 Serrano, in rounds
A pinch of Sea Salt
Directions
Add the radish rounds, lime juice, and sea salt to a bowl.
Chop the cabbage and the serrano. The amount of serrano you add depends on how much heat you want to add. It is completely optional.
Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit for about 30 minutes. The longer it sits, the more intense the flavor will be. Serve
