This fruit salad has a perfect mix of flavors. The freshness of the mint is balanced with the warmth of the cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Mixed together with the sweetness of the fruit is a perfect summer salad.
There are no measurements for this fruit salad, with the exception of the chili powder. You can add as much or as little fruit as you want.
Ingredients
Plums
Peaches
Oranges
Raisins
Mint Sprig
Cinnamon
Pinch of Mexican Chili Powder
Directions
Cut up the plums, peaches, and oranges. Chop the mint leaves. Set aside.
Mix together the cinnamon and chili powder in a separate bowl.
Mix together all of the ingredients together. Serve
Notes
The small amount of chili powder is simply to add warmth and balance out the mint. It's not to make the fruit salad spicy.
