These are incredibly delicious spicy skillet potatoes. They are perfectly crisp and very easy to make.
Ingredients
2 Serrano peppers
3 Yukon yellow potatoes + 1 russet potato
1 Onion
1/2 Tbs Oil
1 Tbs Butter
1 Tbs Cajun french fry seasoning
Directions
1. Dice the potatoes and toss into a pan with butter and oil. Cook until they are browned.
2. Chop the Chile and onion.
3. Add in the Cajun fry seasoning and cook for about 1-2 minutes more.
4. Toss in the onion and Chile.
5. Cook until the onions are tender and the Chile's are cooked. Serve.
Note:
You can add a little more olive oil or butter if you need to.
